What is your return policy?

At Nina's Flying Needle we take quality control and craftsmanship very seriously. All items have been tested for durability and undergo a thorough inspection before shipping. We do not accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at NinasFlyingNeedle@gmail.com, so that we can address your concerns. 

 

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed, it is final. If you made a mistake when placing a custom order, please contact us right away at NinasFlyingNeedle@gmail.com to notify us of any necessary changes that need to take place. Once we have started processing a custom order, we cannot accept any changes. 

 

How long will I have to wait on my order?

All ready to ship items are mailed within 24 hours. Our custom orders currently have a processing time of 10-12 business days, although this may be subject to change at any time. We do offer a rush service for an additional fee. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

All of our ready to ship items are mailed within 24 hours. Custom orders are shipped right away upon completion.

Once an order has been packed up and shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email. All of our packages are sent via USPS. We take utmost care in packaging your purchase. However, please note that we are not responsible for your package during transit. If it gets damaged or lost, you will have to contact USPS with your tracking number to inquire further. We will gladly provide you with a copy of the shipping label or proof of purchase if needed.
