Once an order has been placed, it is final. We do not accept returns. If you made a mistake when placing a custom order, please contact us right away to notify of us any necessary changes. Once we have started processing a custom order, we do not accept changes.
At Nina’s Flying Needle we take quality control and craftsmanship very seriously. All items have been tested for durability and undergo a thorough inspection before shipping. However, we are also only human and sometimes mistakes happen. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at NinasFlyingNeedle@gmail.com so that we can address your concerns.
Domestic Shipment processing time
All orders on RTS (ready to ship) inventory are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours. Orders received on a weekend or holiday are processed and prepared for shipment on the following business day. All orders for custom pieces (or that include a custom piece) are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Should there be any changes, you will be notified via email. Once your order ships, you will receive email notification. If you selected tracked shipping, this email will contain a tracking number.
If you need a custom order right away, please purchase our RUSH option, which will reduce the processing time to 1-2 business days. Please select Priority Shipping at checkout, otherwise all orders will be shipped via USPS First class.

All orders are automatically shipped as USPS First Class packages with tracking, unless specifically requested otherwise.

**Please note that we are not able to offer product replacements for packages that have been lost by USPS. In the event of a lost package, we will gladly initiate a "missing mail" request on your behalf, but without tracking there is no guarantee that USPS will be able to locate the shipment.
Local Pick Up
We now offer a local pick up option. Pick up orders are usually available same or next business day after purchase date. Customers will receive an email notification when your order is available for pick up. PLEASE keep an eye out for emails from our shop (add us to your contacts to avoid Pick Up Emails landing in your SPAM/JUNK folder). Once you receive pick up confirmation, please reach out to us to confirm a general day you plan on picking up. If you place your order without leaving an email address, please email us at NinasFlyingNeedle@gmail.com to discuss pick up options. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be available the following business day for pick up. We will do our best to remind you to pick up your purchases, however, products that are not picked up within 6 months of purchase date will be donated.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Nina’s Flying Needle ships to P.O boxes and APO/FPO address. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to arrive.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Orders placed before 1 pm will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 1 pm may not get processed until the next business day. Once an order is processed, you will receive tracking information via email.
International Shipping Policy

Customs, duties, and taxes
Nina’s Flying Needle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Nina’s Flying Needle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are committed to using sustainable packaging for all of our orders. We source 100% recycled mailers that are made from recycled materials, are reusable, and can then be recycled again
We can only accept one coupon code per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with reward points or current promotions.
NFN Reward Bucks
You earn NFN reward bucks with each purchase and can redeem those as outlined in our reward points guidelines. There is no expiration date on points. We do not accept reward discounts on Mystery Monday or other on going promotions. Learn more about our NFN reward bucks right here.
We offer electronic gift cards that do not ever expire. All gift cards are emailed electronically after purchase. Gift cards can be used on custom orders.
All of our items are proudly made meeting CPSC safety rules and regulations and are free of lead, BPA, phthalates and other harmful chemicals. They are not only safe for you and your family, but also FOOD safe. Since we want you to put them to good use, but we know that life is messy and kids can be rough and tough, we also made sure that all of our items are machine washable. Spot clean as needed, but for regular maintenance, all of our products can be thrown in with your regular loads of laundry. While most of them are dryer safe, we generally recommend line drying all wet bags, snack bags, pumping mats and neck warmers.
