Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If you make an error when placing a custom order, please contact us immediately. Once a custom order has entered production, changes cannot be made.

At Nina’s Flying Needle, quality control and craftsmanship are taken seriously. Every item is tested for durability and carefully inspected prior to shipping. That said, we’re human - if there’s an issue with your order, please email NinasFlyingNeedle@gmail.com so we can help make it right.

 

Domestic Shipment processing time

  • Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items: Processed within 24 hours

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays: Processed the next business day

  • Custom orders (or orders including a custom item): Shipped within 5 - 10 business days

You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships that includes your tracking number.

All orders ship in eco-friendly, reusable, plastic-free packaging. We proudly offer carbon-neutral shipping on all orders.q

Local Pick Up

Local pickup is available and typically ready same or next business day. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready - please watch your inbox (and spam folder).

Once notified, contact us to confirm your pickup day.
Orders placed without an email address must contact us at NinasFlyingNeedle@gmail.com to arrange pickup.

Orders not picked up within 6 months of purchase will be donated.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Most orders ship the same day they’re placed. Orders submitted after 3 PM may ship the next business day. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.


International Shipping Policy

Please contact us with your location and postal code for an international shipping quote.


Customs, duties, and taxes

Nina’s Flying Needle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items until the claim is complete.

 

Packaging

We use sustainable packaging made from 100% recycled materials that are reusable and recyclable.


Coupon codes

One coupon code per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with reward points or other promotions.


NFN Reward Bucks

Earn NFN Reward Bucks with every purchase and redeem them according to our rewards guidelines. Points never expire. Reward discounts cannot be applied to ongoing promotions.

Gift Cards

Electronic gift cards never expire and are emailed after purchase. Gift cards may be used on custom orders.


Care Instructions

All items meet CPSC safety standards and are free of lead, BPA, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals. They are food safe and machine washable.

  • Spot clean as needed

  • Wash with regular laundry

  • Most items are dryer safe, but we recommend line drying wet bags, snack bags, pumping mats, and neck warmers
